Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for purchasing subscription plans or reseller products at Resell Rights. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund, dispute, and subscription cancellation processes.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All items on our platform (including source codes, readymade website files, course bundles, video templates, graphics, and SaaS tool access) are **digital goods delivered instantly via download links or email invitations**.

Because digital assets can be saved, duplicated, and used immediately upon download, they are structurally non-returnable. Therefore, we maintain a strict **no-refund and no-cancellation policy** on successful purchases once downloads have been initiated.

2. UPI & Razorpay Sandbox Testing (₹1 Demo Plan)

To enable users to test our UPI gateways, card flows, and platform dashboards risk-free, we offer a dedicated **₹1 Demo Subscription** plan valid for 1 day. Payments made for this test plan are intended for sandbox confirmation and are **non-refundable**.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

We believe in merchant fairness. Refunds may be evaluated and approved under the following strict conditions:

  • Double Billing / Accidental Charge: If our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, processes multiple charges for the same transaction, we will verify the double payment and process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • System Delivery Failures: If you purchase a premium store product and the system is unable to deliver the item (due to stock shortage or technical errors) and our team cannot resolve the delivery within **48 working hours** of purchase, a full refund will be initiated.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • Our yearly and lifetime subscription plans do not auto-renew. Your subscription will simply expire at the end of the duration (365 days or lifetime) without any further charges.
  • You can request to deactivate your account or cancel your active subscription at any time by raising a support ticket. Please note that voluntary cancellations do not qualify for partial or pro-rated refunds of the remaining subscription period.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source payment method (e.g. your bank account, credit card, or UPI wallet). The transaction is processed via Razorpay and typically takes **5 to 7 working days** to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's clearance cycles.

6. Support and Inquiries

If you experience transaction billing errors or need clarification on a charge, please do not file chargeback disputes immediately. Open a support ticket on the dashboard or email us directly at support@resellrights.shop. We resolve all legitimate payment queries within 24–48 hours.
