At Resell Rights, we specialize exclusively in digital reseller products, software, readymade templates, and online subscription assets. As such, no physical shipping, freight, or physical courier services are required or provided.

1. Digital Delivery Model

All items are delivered purely in digital format. Delivery options vary based on the item type:

  • Digital Library Downloads: Files (ZIP packages, PDF guidelines, Canva template links, GDrive folders) are unlocked instantly inside your dashboard upon active subscription and license verification. You can download them directly to your personal computer or mobile device.
  • Software Reseller Products: Licenses are activated immediately or sent via email.
  • Store Products (API Auto & Email Invitations): For products containing the delivery type `api_auto` or `email_invite` (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud PRO, Canva Pro, Figma, etc.), delivery consists of team account invitations or official coupon codes dispatched directly to your registered email address.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Working Hours: Our operations and support teams operate from **11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (IST)** daily.
  • Instant Delivery Items: Repository downloads, PDF access, and dynamic licenses are generated **instantly** (within 1–5 minutes) after payment verification.
  • Managed Delivery Items: Store products that require manual account creation or invite dispatch (e.g. Adobe team invitations) are processed and completed within **30 minutes to 4 hours** from purchase, provided the transaction occurs within our working hours.
  • Off-Hour Orders: Orders placed outside our operational hours (between 11:01 PM and 10:59 AM) are queued and will be processed immediately after working hours start (starting at 11:00 AM).

3. Shipping Fees & Delivery Charges

Since all items are transmitted electronically over secure networks, there are **no shipping fees, packaging costs, handling charges, or delivery taxes** applied to your cart.

4. Verification of Delivery

A delivery is marked as completed and verified under the following conditions:

  • For instant downloads, when the system logs a successful click on the download endpoint in your user activity history.
  • For email invitations and accounts, when the activation email is dispatched to your registered address. You can view delivery logs, activation screenshots, and order statuses inside the **My Orders** panel.

5. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting

If you do not receive your invitation email or download links within the specified 4-hour window, please check your email spam/junk folders. If it is still missing, please raise a support ticket on the dashboard or contact us at support@resellrights.shop with your Order Number for instant resolution.
